Every method punishes a different mistake — a screen print forgives nothing at the hinge, a water transfer stretches at the shoulder, a laser eats fine strokes on chrome. We build to the method, not to a generic mockup.
Screen printing artwork
Station-by-station separations, trapping and ink specs tuned to your mesh count and casing curvature.
UV printing files
Full-colour CMYK plus white and varnish channels, built for flatbed and cylindrical UV lines.
Water transfer patterns
Seamless repeat films with distortion compensation so the pattern lands true after the dip.
Laser engraving files
Vector paths and greyscale rasters graded for depth on brushed, anodised and chrome bodies.
A lighter is held, flicked and pocketed a thousand times. The graphic has to be right at arm's length and at eye level.
We proof at true 1:1 scale on the real casing before a single screen is burned.
