About

A studio shaped by the production line.

VaporSpark exists because most lighter artwork is designed for a render and repaired on the floor. We work the other way round: the constraints come first, the beauty comes out of them.

Our practice

Quiet design, exact files.

We serve manufacturers producing flint and electronic lighters, refillable metal cases, windproof torch models and promotional collections for export. Our clients are usually production managers and brand owners who need the same thing: artwork that runs clean on the first setup.

A typical engagement starts with a physical sample and a target market. We map the printable geometry, agree the decoration method, then design within it — motif, ink count, colour temperature and finish all decided against what the line can actually hold.

Nothing is delivered until it has been proofed at 1:1 on the real casing profile and checked against the destination market's marking requirements.

How we hold ourselves to it.

  • Built to tolerance

Every layout is drawn against your real printable area — hinge line, fuel window, jig clearance and all.

  • Factory-side fluency

We write instructions your print supervisor can follow without a translation round.

  • Sampling-aware timing

Artwork rounds are scheduled around your sampling and tooling windows, not ours.

  • Compliance kept intact

Safety and importer markings live in locked layers so they survive every revision.

The best compliment we get is silence from the print floor.
